Adding an Easement

To add an easement manually to the NCED Portal, a portal user will need to create an account (upper right hand corner of the homepage). Once created, the portal user can log-in and click “add an easement” on the left hand side navigation tool bar. The user will be presented with a single page where they can map the easement with site-specific drawing tools and provide the accompanying data attributes. Once this information is filled out, the user can submit the easement. The easement will then be sent through a quality control process before it is actually published to the NCED portal.
